Edwin Aguilar and Kymberley Moffett have more than 30 years combined experience in Pima County Juvenile Court. They have both represented parents, children, grandparents, kinship placements, and foster parents in every type of matter conducted in Juvenile Court. They have extensive experience in motions to intervene in dependency cases, as well as private severance cases and adoptions.

Edwin graduated from the University of Arizona James Rogers College of Law in 2004 with his J.D, and previously earned a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill in 1995 (Go Heels!). Edwin has experience with juvenile court matters, criminal defense work, and family law cases including divorce, and civil matters.

Kymberley Moffett earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1994. Kymberley is a former prosecutor and has been practicing in the area of juvenile law for close to twenty years. Aside from her focus on juvenile law, Kymberley handles divorce matters, child support and child custody issues.
